finally…a new home!
June 22, 2006wow, it has been such a long time since i last posted here. ok, so i guess i need to get back to all the things that happened for the past two months:
I arrived in Singapore last May 6 with my mom (don’t ask..hehe.. some parents really do this yeah?) and stayed at my cousin’s place for a while (well, until now..still staying with him). I find Singapore a really nice place although after my mom left me here, i felt so homesick but anyway, life needs to move on right? So, I started working a week after: met new colleagues and friends, learned a new way of talking Singlish (can or cannot? hehe..), and basically, started to learn to live independently. well, i must say that for the first, my phone expenses were really high, calling my family now and then..
it’s been more than a month now and i feel like i adjusted to the surrounding and new routines, taking bus-mrt-bus everyday, going out to hang out with friends every weekends, but it’s fun. oh and by the way, this Saturday, we just found a new home and we’re going to be moving in.. a lot of expenses (rent, deposit, agent, subscription, etc) - yes but i know it’ll be worth it. such a nice place.. will post some pics if i have time.

wanted..apartment!
April 23, 2006finally, i have decided to accept this new phase of my life which is to work abroad. i had a hard time deciding since i’m going to be leaving all the luxury i have here in the philippines (hehe..) and my family & friends..:( to be honest, i don’t know what to expect there..i mean, i don’t know much about the people there, the culture, and everything else. i’ve been there once but it was so long time ago so how could i remember..hahaha! oh well, first things first, i need to get an apartment! i’m leaving the following week and i don’t have a place to stay yet.. what a dilemma huh! is there anyone you know who needs a housemate? or any apartment that i could rent? hehehe.. just let me know..thanks! hehe.. sorry, i’m desperate!

April 16, 2006recently, i got a call from my ex-colleague asking me if i would like to come back and work for the company again. this time, it’s not here in the Philippines but in Singapore! now, i am having a dilemma again whether to stay or go, or perhaps i shouldn’t be making any second thoughts about it and just simply take the offer. it sounds good right? anyway, i will know this week if i’ll get it or not so i’ll just hope for the best. wish me luck guys!
